A tab life
April 13, 2007
Here’s a little tip for better using the tabs feature on IE or Mozilla. They allow you to always have your steekr space opened in your web browser, accessible in one click. Having your steekr always opened is a great way to use it as a real external drive. With the new steekr DriveDrive Windows Explorer integration and the steekr Drive automatic synchronization, the steekr web space becomes really easy to use.
Firefox’s Session Restore remembers the windows and tabs you had open when you shutdown your system and retrieves them all when the browser is re-launched. From my point of view, this is a small revolution for Internet navigation. Here’s why.
First, log in on the steekr home page. Enter your login and password and validate the “Remember me” option. Your browser will log you in automatically on your next visit.

Go on the Tools menu and select Options entry. On the Main tab, find the option When Firefox starts and set it to Show my windows and tabs from last time.
Here we are! Next time you will launch Firefox, your steekr account with be opened and ready in no time.
PS: If you and all your friends still don’t have a steekr account with 1GB free, get it here.
