Agematis and PNY join forces in the fields of storage and mobility.
Agematis SA, the European expert in online storage software, and PNY, one of the leading providers of flash memory, USB drives and flash-based peripherals, offer a new paradigm combining physical storage and a virtual drive.
As part of an industry-first commercial agreement, Agematis SA and PNY, two world class references, enable their clients to simplify the ubiquitous access to their data, by offering a unified storage solution.
In this context, Agematis SA’s steekR solution will be embedded on the USB drives AttachéTM 2GB by PNY. Already used by more than 400 000 users, steekR enables the storage, browsing and sharing of all file types (photos, videos, music…) via a simple web browser.
On every connection of the USB drive, the owners of the USB drives AttachéTM 2GB PNY will have the option to connect to their steekR virtual drive. This way, no mater where they connect from, they will always be able to access all their digital content and the features offered by the service, like, for example, data synchronization and sharing.

Officially launched at Medpi 2007, this agreement will be effective starting September 2007, and will be dispatched to all the European points of sale offering PNY products.
Taking advatage of all these elements, the users of the PNY AttachéTM 2GB USB drives will enjoy a free virtual drive of a capacity 1 GB (1 Gigabyte) for a full year.
